The mediation fee will be $550.00 per side for a halfday or $1,000.00 per side for a full-day which is payable via Venmo or PayPal to the following account (which is the same for either application): @michaeltresidder

Tresidder Mediation’s cancellation policy is as follows:

A cancellation fee of fifty percent (50%) of the total fee for mediation will be charged in the event that a mediation is cancelled within fourteen (14) days of the date on which mediation is scheduled to take place.

A cancellation fee of the total fee for mediation will be charged in the event that mediation is cancelled within seven (7) days of the date on which mediation is scheduled to take place.

Michael understands that there are unavoidable reasons for which cancellation of a mediation may be needed. For this reason, the cancellation policy is discretionary and may be waived.
